Zero Three Care provides specialist residential care to people with a learning disability who also present with challenging behaviour. Many of our service users have a diagnosis of Autism, neurological difficulties and / or other complex needs.
We are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs. In developing Zero Three Care services it has been important to bring together people who share a vision of what high quality services for people with a learning disability should look like and to employ compassionate, caring, trustworthy individuals, who see their role as much more than a job. All three Partners work on a day-to-day basis within the homes, ensuring that they can oversee and guide the development of the service.
The main tenet of our ethos is to treat each person as an individual, working with the specific needs with which they present and treating others as we would like to be treated ourselves. Our staff work within the framework of Positive Behaviour Support, which encompasses strategies and methods that aim to assist a person to reduce challenging behaviour and increase their quality of life through teaching new skills and adjusting the environment to promote positive behaviour change.
