Many of the people we support have a diagnosis of Autism, neurological difficulties and / or other complex needs.

We believe in treating people as individuals and in tailoring the care we provide to meet individual needs and increase quality of life. We have our own Clinical Team, who support our service users and staff in ensuring that we find positive and non-restrictive ways of working with challenging behaviours.

WORKING AT ZERO THREE CARE

Getting out and about in the community and engaging in community life is as important to us as it is to the people we support.

Each service user has a weekly schedule that is based on their likes, dislikes and perceived preferences. The aim is to encourage personal development and build self-esteem by enabling service users to participate in a range of activities and to acquire appropriate problem-solving, practical, social and life skills.
