Profile - Jo Bungay
Jo started working with people with a learning disability in a voluntary capacity at age of 17 years and began work in residential services in 1995. Her enthusiasm and passion for this service user group led her to move through into a Manager’s position by 1999. She has worked as a manager in services for people with a learning disability, Autism and challenging behaviour for many years and now works in an Area Manager position within Zero Three Care. Jo holds a City and Guilds qualification in Management of Care.
Jo is family oriented and has strong links with both Kent and Essex. She teamed up with Gary and Katy in 2003, having established a common dream for the future of learning disability services.
